Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Helion Minds Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of the Sentinel software platform and the website www.helionminds.com(collectively, the "Service").

1. The Service

Sentinel is a deterministic density and freight class mapping tool designed to assist shippers in audit deterrence and NMFC compliance. The Service provides data-driven evidence for freight classification but does not guarantee third-party acceptance of such evidence.

2. Software License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Fees: Access to certain features (Pro and Enterprise) requires a paid subscription processed via Stripe.
• Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. User Data & Rule 170 Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions and weights entered into the Service. While Sentinel provides deterministic calculations based on NMFC standards, Helion Minds Ltd does not guarantee that a carrier will accept a rebuttal or waive an inspection fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helion Minds Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits or shipping overcharges) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
